Great retreat in the mountains with amazing views. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is sparkling clean with quality facilities. Parking and transportation are easy, and breakfast is delicious.

Peaceful mountainside setting with great views. Comfortable bed and room. Wonderfully quiet location. Very friendly and helpful staff. prices. Plenty of on-site parking. Perfect for exploring the mountain parkland. Air conditioning works well

The hotel's setting is peaceful and provides great views of the surrounding area, especially Vesuvius and the bay. the staff is friendly and accommodating, even offering to order pizza for dinner. the bedrooms are well-furnished and offer comfortable beds, while the bathrooms are stylish and appear well-maintained.
Smoking is allowed throughout the hotel.

During my Easter vacation, I enjoyed the beautiful mountain scenery and remarkable views of the volcano and bay nearby. The staff was very courteous and helpful, offering 24-hour service. , I found the rooms to be spacious, clean, and well-stocked with essential amenities, such as towels and complimentary toiletries.
The location was a little far off, making it difficult to reach without private transportation. Another downside was the lack of kitchen facilities to make a hot cup of tea or boiled water.

The hotel has a great location allowing easy access to several attractions in the surrounding area. the staff was very accommodating, speaking multiple languages and being available for check-in at any time.
The hotel had no functional air conditioning, which made for an uncomfortable stay during the hot weather. the location was a bit remote and required transportation to access restaurants or other amenities.
